  1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, add salt and mix.
  2. Add the onion, cut into half rings.
  3. Then carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
  4. Next, cut the canned pineapple into small cubes.
  5. Next – corn (leave some for decoration).
  6. Mix the ricotta with sour cream or mayonnaise (2 tablespoons).
  7. Combine the chicken mass with cottage cheese. Mix well.
  8. Cover the form with parchment. Arrange the tortillas (optional).
  9. Distribute the chicken-curd mass. Cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  10. Then take out the casserole dish, spread the mozzarella balls (20 pcs.) on top, cut in half.
  11. Grate the hard cheese and parmesan on a fine grater, mix and sprinkle the casserole.
  12. Put some corn kernels on top. And again we send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
