  1. Prepare the honey glaze: mix honey, mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into strips (cubes) ~ 10 cm long. Then wrap a strip of bacon around each piece of chicken and put everything on a baking sheet.
  3. Using a brush, liberally lubricate the icing wrapped in bacon chicken fillet, put it in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Then turn the pieces of meat, smear with icing, return to the oven for another ~ 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Ready.
