Chicken fillet, baked with vegetables and cheese. A beautiful, bright and appetizing dish that is prepared very simply and quite quickly. But for all its simplicity, it will also look decent on the festive table. Try it! It's delicious.
Chicken fillet (breast) cut in half lengthwise.
Lightly beat off each piece (through the food film).
Beat the egg into a suitable bowl. Beat with a whisk.
In another bowl, mix the flour with salt and black pepper.
Dip each piece of beaten fillet first in the egg, then in the flour. Shake off excess flour.
Fry the fillets in well-heated vegetable oil over high heat on both sides until browned (1.5-2 minutes on each side, no more).
Place the fried fillets on a paper towel.
Cut the bell pepper and tomato into small cubes.
Garlic pass through the press (garlic optional)
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add half of the cheese to the vegetables. Stir, add a little salt if necessary.
Place the chicken fillet on a baking sheet or in a large baking dish. Spread the vegetables and cheese evenly on each piece of fillet.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake the fillets in a preheated oven to 190°CIn the oven for 13-15 minutes (the main thing is not to over-dry the fillet. So always consider the features of your oven.)
Everything is ready! By the way, this dish is also delicious when cold.
