Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Add vegetable oil to the pan, put the fillet, pepper, lightly salt (you can not salt) and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add Basil.
Add flour and salt to the Basil broth and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the milk, bring to a boil and add the sugar and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Our chicken is fried.
Pour the sauce over the fillet and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
