Instructions
  1. Add salt and pepper to the chicken fillet (I cooked chicken breasts).
  2. Fry on both sides (just for a minute) in well-heated vegetable (olive, corn, sunflower) oil over high heat.
  3. Until golden brown.
  4. Place the fried fillets in a baking dish.
  5. Fry the chopped garlic in well-heated butter. A minute will be enough. The fire is medium.
  6. Pour flour into the mold. Fry, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes.
  7. Pour in chicken or vegetable broth (or water), the juice of half a small lemon and add the zest of half a lemon. Cook the sauce, stirring constantly with a whisk, until thickened. Three minutes. Lemons can be both moderately sour and very sour. Therefore, before cooking, you should taste the lemon that you use. And actually adjust the amount of lemon juice in the dish.
  8. Strain the finished sauce through a sieve (garlic cloves and zest are not needed in the dish, they gave the sauce all their flavor) and pour over the chicken.
  9. Bake the chicken fillet in the sauce in a preheated 200° oven for 10-13 minutes. Serve with any side dish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving. Everything is ready.
