  1. Chicken fillet (breast) cut in half lengthwise. Lightly chop off each piece. (through a plastic film).
  2. Beat the egg into a suitable bowl. Whisk it. In another bowl, mix flour with salt and black pepper.
  3. Dip each piece of the beaten fillet first in the egg, then in flour. Shake off excess flour.
  4. Fry the fillets in well-heated vegetable oil over high heat on both sides until golden brown. (for 1.5-2 minutes on each side, no more) Put the fried fillet on a paper towel.
  5. Bulgarian pepper and tomato cut into small cubes. Pass the garlic through the press. (garlic optional) grate the cheese on a fine grater and half of the cheese and add to the vegetables. Stir, add a little salt if necessary.
  6. Place the chicken fillet on a baking sheet or in a large baking dish. Put vegetables and cheese on each piece of fillet. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake the fillets in a preheated 190° oven for 13-15 minutes. (the most important thing is that the fillet does not dry out. Therefore, always take into account the features of your oven.)
