Cover the mold with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour at 150-160 degrees.
To prepare the sauce, I will use cottage cheese with mushrooms. I will need 1 jar.
Put the cheese in a cup. Add the flour and mix.
Gradually add the milk in portions, mixing the mixture well.
The milk-cheese sauce is ready.
After an hour, remove the form with chicken meat from the oven. Remove the foil.
Add the prepared milk-cheese sauce to the meat. We send the form with the meat in the oven for 5 minutes, increasing the cooking temperature to 180 degrees. After the specified time, the sauce will thicken.
Remove the mold from the oven. Pour a thick sauce over the chicken meat. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Then remove the mold from the oven.
Serve the chicken immediately. I have chicken and mashed potatoes today.
