  1. For this dish, I chose chicken drumsticks. Any details that you like the most will do. The marinade will be prepared from lemon and orange juice, as well as soy sauce.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade, put the chicken drumsticks in it, rub the marinade into the meat and leave to marinate for two hours (or longer), turn over several times. We do not pour out the marinade, it will still be useful to us.
  3. Put the pickled drumsticks in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until browned. Add the drumsticks to the marinade and simmer until tender under the lid.
  4. Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes.
  5. First fry the carrots and potatoes in oil, and then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, basil and ground ginger.
  6. Add sugar and lemon juice. Fry until soft.
  7. Vegetables are served with chicken drumsticks sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs.
