Make strong coffee and pour it into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients for the marinade, except the oil. Beat everything lightly. Wash your thighs or shins and dry them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Stand for 30 minutes. Then lightly fry in olive oil on both sides.
Place the thighs on a baking sheet,
Pour over the marinade and send it to the hot oven.
Bake at 180-200*With until tender, occasionally basting with marinade.
You can serve it with any side dish: rice, cabbage, vegetables.
But we like it best with mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
