Chicken thighs are good for this recipe. But you can also take the breast and any other parts.
Cut the chicken thighs into three pieces and place them in a bowl. Add all the spices, the juice of one lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper. Mix, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for a day.
