Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare 6 cocotnits or other portion molds for baking.
Peel the chicken from the bones and finely chop it. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Rub the mushrooms with paper towels and cut into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm . Add the mushrooms to the onion, increase the heat and fry, stirring all the time, for 5 minutes.
Add a little salt, cream and bring to a boil. Pepper, add the melted cheese, mix until completely dissolved and remove from heat.
Add the chicken, stir and place in a baking dish. Place in the oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes. serve immediately.
