  1. Remove the skin from the chicken shanks and cut off the “shank”.
  2. Add spices, mayonnaise, olives and 3 liters of olive liquid to the chicken. Stir and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
  3. Next, together with the marinade, put the shins in a baking dish and send them to the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 gr.
  4. Ready!
