Potatoes with Chicken Legs Recipe
This is the favorite potato with meat in our family. Very flavorful, tender and delicious it is good with pork, chicken or any other meat. It can be baked in pots, ducklings or just in a pan, it is easy to cook, and the result is excellent.

  1. Take the chicken shanks and salt them. Add the barbecue seasoning and fry on both sides in vegetable oil over high heat until Golden brown. In the same pan, fry the onion and carrot for a couple of minutes and add the chopped potatoes, salt, and seasoning to the barbecue. Stir and fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Put the potatoes and meat in a baking dish, add a little water, cover and bake at 200C for about 40 minutes.
