Instructions
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Onions are cleaned, cut at random, I have feathers. Put on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Finely chop the carrots, put them in a pan with onions. Fry and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Put the chopped mushrooms, I have mushrooms. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Chicken liver is washed, stripped of streaks.
Vegetables with mushrooms are pushed in the pan to the walls, freeing the middle, put the liver.
Increase the heat and fry the liver until browned. Stir. Add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper mixture, coriander and fennel.
Pour the cream and mix.
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Let the finished mass cool down a little and punch it with a blender.
Ready pate is cooled. Serve with bread, toast, crackers, etc.
