Instructions
Boil the chicken breast and divide it into fibers.
Cut the onion into thin strips. And fry it in preheated oil.
Cut carrots into thin strips (or grate on a coarse grater). And also fry.
Also finely grate the beets.
Fry with vinegar to preserve the color. Add a little sugar.
Mix all the ingredients fried separately with chicken meat, add seasoning.
Stir, add salt to taste, acid (you can lemon), pour in the remaining boiling oil.
