Chicken Salad Recipe
This salad was born spontaneously, under the mood, and I really liked its light sweet taste. I invite all lovers of meat and fruit salads.

Instructions
  1. Lightly slice the chicken breast in the thickest places, wrap it in a baking sheet and fry on the fire for a little more than 7 minutes on each side.
  2. While the breast is frying, peel the apple and cut it into slices. Put it in a salad bowl.
  3. Wash the grapes, cut each grape in half and remove the seeds. Add to the apple.
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Remove the breast from the mold, cool and cut into small pieces. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. For dressing, mix soft cottage cheese and lemon juice. Add to the remaining ingredients and mix. Arrange on serving salad bowls and serve to the table.
