To start, prepare the meatballs - mix the chicken mince with the protein, salt and pepper. Form meatballs smaller than a walnut, put them in boiling salted water, bring to a boil and turn off. Do not remove the meatballs - let them cool in the broth. Then remove the meatballs. If you have cooked chicken meat - you can use it in this salad, cut into medium pieces.
Cut the boiled potatoes and cucumbers into medium pieces. Add to the chicken.
Peel the Apple and cut it into medium pieces. Chop the onion and marinate for 5 minutes in vinegar (I have white wine).
Add the apples and onions to the salad.
Prepare the sauce-mix mayonnaise with grainy mustard.
Add chopped boiled eggs and green peas to the salad.
Mix with the sauce.
