For me, it’s just a nice salad, a kind of light variation of Olivier, without potatoes. Salad for a warm family dinner.

  1. Chicken meat and ham cut into cubes or strips. Add diced cucumbers.
  2. Lightly squeeze pineapple from excess syrup and cut into cubes, add to salad.
  3. Add the olives, cut into rings.
  4. Then add the diced eggs.
  5. If desired, you can add finely chopped dill and parsley, as well as green onions.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise. To interfere.
