The salad is both hearty, thanks to chicken, mushrooms and cheese, and fresh, which is facilitated by celery. And the lack of potatoes makes it not too heavy.

Instructions
Boil the mushrooms and fillets, cut into strips. I used canned mushrooms, they do not differ much from fresh boiled ones.
Cut the celery into thin slices.
Cut the tomatoes into thin triangles.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Cheese (I have Parmesan) grate on a coarse grater.
Carefully mix all the ingredients, add capers, herbs, green onions (optional), salt and a little mayonnaise, mix.
