Chicken Salad with Bean Recipe
Delicious, spicy and savory salad. For fans of warmer, even, I would say, hotter. Hearty, interesting and not heavy – this salad will delight you in the autumn days.

  1. Add garlic, passed through a press, and finely chopped coriander to the boiled beans. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the hot capsicum, add ground pepper and salt. Boiled chicken (I have a ham) cut into cubes or disassemble into fibers, as you prefer. Cut the cucumber into a small cube. To make the dressing for the salad: in a bowl, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and oil. Stir and pour into the salad. Mix the salad carefully.
