  1. Wrap the chicken fillet in a frying sheet.
  2. Fry and chop finely.
  3. Boil the eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and rub them through a sieve.
  4. Combine the grated yolks with fried fillets, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill the halves of the eggs with the prepared minced meat. When serving, garnish with lettuce and parsley.
