- We start squid. Clean, washed squid stuffed with prepared mixture and fasten with a toothpick.! By the way squid, the store sold different. There are those that are already cleaned ( like me), and there are those that still need to be cleaned of films, remove the insides and the chord. Pay attention to this before buying!
- Put the squid in a heat-resistant form. Prepare the sauce: squeeze garlic into the sour cream, add 100'ml of boiled water at room temperature and mix. Pour the squid sauce and send in a preheated 180 degree oven. It is important to consider if your oven is powerful then warm it up to 160 degrees. Bake no more than 10 minutes and serve hot!
