  1. Green string beans are washed, cut in half, put in a deep frying pan and stewed in a frying pan with vegetable oil. After 5 minutes, add garlic powder and soy sauce and simmer under a closed lid for another 5-7 minutes until tender. If necessary, you can add a little water.
  2. Dry the tofu with a paper towel and cut it into pieces about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with spices on one side (according to your taste, I have a mixture of peppers).
  3. Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and put the tofu pieces, sprinkle with spices. Sprinkle the same spices on top and pour over the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. there shouldn’t be too much of it.
  4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip and pour soy sauce and teriyaki sauce on the other side. And cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cut the avocado into pieces.
  6. Cut the finished tofu into portions. Place the avocado on a plate in the center, then place the tofu and bean pods around the edges. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with raspberries.
