Chocolate Cake with Red Wine Recipe
I invite you to tea with chocolate cake! The recipe is so simple in execution that even a beginner can cope with it. Most importantly, we cook with inspiration!

  1. In the bowl of a mixer, use a spatula to mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, melted and cooled butter, 125g of wine and beat everything on medium speed of the mixer. Add the chocolate chips or drops, and gently mix with a spatula.
  3. Form for baking 20×35 spread with baking paper. Pour out the dough, flatten with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 25 minutes.
  4. Ready, still hot pie pour or grease with the remaining wine (50g) I used a brush. Cover the pie with foil and leave to cool completely.
  5. Pour chocolate icing over the completely cooled cake. I have ready-made chocolate icing that I just warmed up.
  6. Decorate as desired. I just used a fork to apply the stripes. Cut into pieces and you can invite guests.
