Chocolate Dessert with Marshmallow Recipe
Today I suggest you prepare a delicate, airy dessert of chocolate and marshmallow. This dessert holds its shape perfectly, it is amazingly springy. Its texture is very velvety and has a silky softness. With all this, it can easily stand on the table on the hottest summer days.

  1. To prepare the base, take a cookie (I have Oreo). Finely chop it into a bowl (we will chop it together with the filling, so the taste of the dessert will be brighter and more interesting).
  2. Pour the melted butter into the cookies. It is better to pour the butter in portions.
  3. Now use a blender to crush the cookies into crumbs.
  4. Take a split form or a ring with a diameter of 18 cm. Inside, lay the acetate film, and tighten the bottom with food wrap. Put the ring on the Board. Pour the crumb from the Oreo cookie and spread it carefully on the bottom. Remove to the refrigerator so that the mass begins to stabilize.
  5. Now let’s start preparing the filling. Prepare marshmallows of any color and taste. I used white.
  6. Warm the marshmallows in the microwave in short bursts. if there is no microwave, use a water bath. When the marshmallow starts to heat, pour in the rich cream (95 ml). And again, warm up the mass a little. Mix it carefully each time.
  7. Add the dark chocolate to the still not homogeneous mass. Mix the mass well, it should become homogeneous. Allow the mass to cool slightly, up to 40 degrees.
  8. Whisk the remaining cream (300 ml) to soft peaks.
  9. In several stages, carefully add the chocolate mass to the cream. Stir with a spatula, very carefully.
  10. You should get a smooth, bright and airy mass. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the mousse. Flatten the surface slightly. Remove the workpiece to the refrigerator to solidify the mass, for two hours.
  11. Before serving, prepare the ganache on dark chocolate — to do this, heat the fat cream and pour it on the dark chocolate. Punch the mass well with a blender. Let it cool slightly to thicken. Pour 2/3 of the ganache on the surface of the dessert and spread with a spatula.
  12. The top well is attached the decoration of marshmallows and berries. Pour the remaining third over the top. Dessert is ready to serve.
