- With the help of a pastry syringe or a spoon, put the cream on the dough circles. And put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Took out of the oven completely cooled. Then melt the chocolate+butter (50 g )+milk (or cream) in a water bath. And a coffee spoon spread a little on each cookie. Wait until the chocolate hardens.
