Chopped Herring in Bavarian Style Recipe
Excellent cold appetizer served on black bread. The only negative – it is infused in the refrigerator for a day, we could not stand it so much – we tried it in 12 hours – it is very delicious!

  1. Chop the herring fillet into small cubes, but not into a porridge. Chop the eggs, pickles and onions finely. Put all the ingredients in a container.
  2. Add the Bavarian mustard, white pepper, and pour over the vegetable oil.
  3. Stir. Put it in the refrigerator for a day.
  4. Tried after 12 hours, served on Borodino bread.
