  1. Prepare all the ingredients for cooking. Turn on the oven, preheat to 180 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk or mixer until the mass doubles in volume. In the process of whipping, add vanilla, lemon zest, citric acid and turmeric.
  2. Add baking powder to the flour, and then pour all the flour into the beaten eggs. And whisk again (whisk not for long!).
  3. The dough turns out to be similar to a biscuit.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil and use a pastry syringe or bag to lay out the cookies (the diameter of the cookies is about 1.5-2 cm). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5-8 minutes, depending on the oven.
  5. Remove the finished cookies from the oven and let cool slightly.
