Instructions
  1. First, pour the semolina with milk and leave for 30 minutes to swell. During this time, prepare everything else. First, mix the eggs and brown sugar.
  2. Now add the cottage cheese to this mass and mix well. For the best consistency, it should be fine-grained. You can grind it, I take fat-free, it’s soft, you don’t need to grind it.
  3. Prepare the bananas – one large or 2 small – peel and cut into thin circles.
  4. Mix the curd mixture with the swollen semolina, mix well and divide into 2 parts. The mixture should be moderately thick: liquid consistency, but such as to withstand the weight of bananas.
  5. For one serving, whisk with 1 tbsp.l. cocoa.
  6. We put one layer in the mold, I usually make a chocolate bottom, but it’s a matter of taste… Put bananas on it in one layer.
  7. And cover with a second layer of the mixture. We send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes. You can bake in the microwave for about 15 minutes, but in the oven it will turn ruddy.
  8. We take it out of the mold, you can decorate it to taste. I have this dish for an afternoon snack “for every day”, so just sprinkle with powdered sugar from the same brown sugar. Enjoy your meal!
