Instructions
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. It is better to choose cottage cheese not pasty, but more dry, I had a rustic one.
Add sugar and mix.
Then two eggs, mix.
Sift the flour and mix.
From the resulting curd mass with wet hands to form balls, the size of a little more than a walnut. Roll them in cocoa.
Split baking dish cover with foil or parchment, grease with vegetable oil and put the balls in it.
Combine sour cream with sugar (1 tbsp).
Beat with a mixer.
Distribute over the balls. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 45-50 min., until Browning.
Ready to decorate the casserole as desired.
And serve it to the table.
