  1. Cottage cheese brings the greatest success. It should be fresh, high-quality, dry. Cheese is better to choose from 5 to 9 percent fat content. This time the cottage cheese is wet, so throw it on a towel and squeeze. The less liquid, the less flour or semolina the dough for cheesecakes will need, which means that the taste will be richer. Add egg, sugar and flour to the cottage cheese.
  2. Flour can be replaced with semolina. In this case, the dough should be left on the table for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells. Cheesecakes themselves are not sweet, but thanks to the chocolate filling, there is enough sugar in them. If you cook without filling, then add 1-2 more tablespoons of sugar to the dough.
  3. The dough is ready. Now shape the cheesecakes. To do this, take a small part of the dough in your hands, add a piece of chocolate inside, close the top with the dough and form a cheesecake with your hands.
  4. Then sprinkle the table with flour and form a mold. In order to form beautiful and smooth sides of cheesecakes, do the following: put the cheesecake on the table and scroll it between the knife (the flat part of the blade) and the hand, lightly pressing
  5. Scroll until the cheesecake acquires the desired roundness.
  6. Fry the cheesecakes on a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat. It is very important to fry on low heat so that the cheesecakes have time to cook inside and not burn.
  7. Serve the cheesecakes with condensed milk, sour cream or jam. Cheesecakes are especially delicious only from a frying pan.
  8. Bon appetit.
