Cottage Cheese “Peach Silk” Recipe
Incredibly tender and juicy cottage cheese with a peach flavor and a thin oatmeal trail. It is prepared simply and easily. The composition does not contain wheat flour, semolina and starch.

  1. Since the cooking process takes little time, you can immediately turn on the oven and preheat to t 180°. Put in a bowl: sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, oatmeal, eggs and cottage cheese. One (washed, peeled and stripped of the skin) peach cut into pieces and add to the rest of the products.
  2. Beat everything with a blender. You can just mix thoroughly, if you do not interfere with the grains of cottage cheese.
  3. Pour the curd mixture into a form d=18-20 cm, greased with oil and sprinkled with oatmeal. (I also covered the bottom with baking paper, so it’s easier to take out the curds and casseroles) Place in a preheated 180° oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. 5 minutes before the above time, beat 4 tablespoons of sour cream and peach with a blender.
  5. Pour on the curd and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. !! Focus on the work of your oven!!
  6. Ready curd to cool, then cover with foil or food wrap and put in the refrigerator to stabilize for 6-8 hours.
  7. If desired, decorate with peach and … enjoy. Delicious with coffee and tea.
