Cut a large apple into thin slices using a mandolin. Dry in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Defrost the crab sticks and cut into thin strips.
Prepare the salad dressing. I cook yogurt in a slow cooker. You can buy in the store. It should be unsweetened, without fruit flavors. Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Mix yogurt, a spoonful of mustard with grains, finely chopped green onions and lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with chopped crab sticks.
On a plate, lay out layers, alternating, apple chips and salad.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and drops of balsamic cream. Sprinkle with ground pepper.
