  1. Cut a large apple into thin slices using a mandolin. Dry in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Ready-made apple chips look like this.
  3. Defrost the crab sticks and cut into thin strips.
  4. Prepare the salad dressing. I cook yogurt in a slow cooker. You can buy in the store. It should be unsweetened, without fruit flavors. Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream or mayonnaise.
  5. Mix yogurt, a spoonful of mustard with grains, finely chopped green onions and lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with chopped crab sticks.
  6. On a plate, lay out layers, alternating, apple chips and salad.
