  1. Pour boiling water over the sugar, instant coffee and vanilla sugar and mix. * Adjust the amount of sugar and coffee to your taste.
  2. Cool slightly, pour into molds and put in the freezer until completely solidified.
  3. Pour coffee ice into a glass, pour cold cream and let it stand for 10-15 minutes so that the ice begins to melt and mix with the cream.
