Delicious, fast, simple and easy to prepare, as well as very quickly eaten! Ice cream is prepared without adding eggs, but with caramel and pieces of chocolate. Tender, rich, with a velvety taste and crunchy chocolate.
Cut the chocolate into chunks. Divide into 2 parts of 50 grams.
From 10 g of water and 50 g of sugar, cook the caramel. Remove the fire.
Add 50 g cream (30-35%) and mix well. Unparliamentary.
Mix together 60 g of sugar, cocoa and starch.
Stir in the milk, so that there are no lumps and put on medium heat, cook, constantly stirring, until thick and bulek appears. Add 50 g of chocolate and stir, the chocolate should melt. Cool completely.
Cream 150 g (30-35 %) whisk until cream. Add the chocolate mass and mix with a spatula.
Add the caramel and chopped chocolate 50 g, mix.
Put the mass in a container, close the lid and send to the freezer until completely solidified. Serve with fruit, chocolate candied fruit, mint and anything you like!
