Instructions
  1. I make croissants from puff pastry myself. The link to the recipe will be given at the end. Of course, you can use ready-made dough or just take ready-made croissants, then the cooking process will be instant! And so, cut the croissant in half lengthwise and dry it on the grill in the oven at 180-200 * 2-3 minutes, until it is browned.
  2. Cut the apple into small slices.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the apples and simmer for 5 minutes until soft.
  4. Then add sugar (I took brown), cinnamon, vanilla. Caramelize the apples for another 3 minutes. The caramel should form and cover the apple slices.
  5. Brush the bottom half of the croissant with a spoonful of sour cream (you can take whipped cream)
  6. Put the apples out of the sour cream and cover the top of the croissant. Pour the caramel out of the mold. I have all the apples covered with caramel, but it’s not there, because I add less sugar. Well, a hearty breakfast or dessert is ready! Very tasty!
