  1. Put the butter and milk on the stove and bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar for 10 minutes.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar to the eggs beaten with sugar.
  4. Gently mix by hand. Then squeeze half a lemon into the mixture. Add the raisins (you can soak the raisins to make it softer). To interfere.
  5. Then heat the milk and butter slightly again, bring it almost to a boil. Add small portions to the dough, stirring gently constantly.
  6. Pour the dough into a greased form and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
  7. The cupcake is ready. You can make a cake out of it, cut it into 3 layers and smear it with your favorite cream. You can do it without raisins.
