Cupcake on Proteins “Lemon Miracle” Recipe
Proteins accumulate catastrophically in the freezer, we do not have time to attach them. Here is one of the options for “processing” proteins – a delicious, fragrant lemon pie.

  1. Wipe the zest off the lemon.
  2. Prepare the rest of the products. The proteins should be removed from the freezer so that they defrost. The oil should also be softened.
  3. Grind butter with sugar.
  4. Add the proteins.
  5. Whisk until creamy. Add salt and milk. To interfere.
  6. Sift flour with baking powder on top.
  7. Add lemon zest (you can dry it).
  8. Beat with a mixer until smooth. If desired, you can add the juice of half a lemon.
  9. Put the dough in a silicone mold (I have a Tapar cake mold 25x11x7.5).
  10. We put it in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 * C for about 45-50 minutes, until a dry crust forms.
  11. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or icing.
