I offer you a recipe for very tasty tortillas with cottage cheese, which are fried in a dry pan, and then greased with oil. These wonderful tortillas, mixed with kefir, are prepared quite easily. Tortillas can be served as a snack or as an addition to a light vegetable soup, or offered for breakfast with tea. Try it, it's delicious!
In kefir at room temperature, add baking soda, salt and mix. Next, add the flour and knead a soft, elastic dough. Leave the dough under the film for 15 minutes.
To the cottage cheese, add the chopped herbs, cheese (grate) and mix well. The filling is ready.
From the curd mass, we roll 6 balls.
The dough is also divided into 6 parts, each piece is rolled into a ball and covered with a film.
Roll out one part of the dough into a small flat cake. Place the curd bun in the center of the tortilla. Connect the edges of the dough into a bag (the curd bun should be inside).
Next, roll out the dough with cottage cheese into a thin flat cake (5-7mm). In the same way, prepare all the tortillas. Fry the tortillas with cottage cheese in a preheated dry frying pan over medium heat.
Fry until browned on both sides. To fry the tortillas on each side, you will need 2-4 minutes.
Hot tortillas immediately grease with butter and put them on top of each other. Delicious tortillas with cottage cheese to serve hot. The cooled tortillas are no less delicious! Bon Appetit!
