  1. To the minced meat, add the garlic passed through the press and the onion grated on a coarse grater. Add salt, pepper and curry. Mix the minced meat.
  2. Peel the zucchini and grate it on a fine grater. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
  3. Form cutlets and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
  4. Serve with vegetables.
