In the minced meat, grate the onion on a large grater, and pass the garlic through the press. Add salt and ground pepper. Knead the minced meat. For the filling: grate the eggs and cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the green onions. Add soft butter and a pinch of salt. Mix the filling. To form cutlets, moisten your hands with water and place a small piece of minced meat on your palm and flatten it. Put the filling in the center of the future cutlet and pinch the edges, forming the cutlet.
Fry the cutlets in a well-heated frying pan on both sides in vegetable oil.
