Instructions
Prepare the batter. Mix the egg with milk, a pinch of salt and flour until smooth.
Roll the crab sticks in flour.
Now in the batter.
Now roll in semolina.
We lower it into the hot vegetable oil no more – 4 pieces at a time. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Place the crab sticks on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Serve hot. Crab sticks are juicy inside and crispy outside.
