  1. Chicken breast fillet is passed through a meat grinder with a grate diameter of 4.5 mm at first, then two more times with a grate diameter of 3 mm (which is for pates).
  2. Fillet of chicken thighs cut into pieces about 1.5 cm long.
  3. Add powdered milk, ground black pepper (optional), egg and nutmeg to the minced chicken breast, mix thoroughly.
  4. Add soy sauce to the minced meat.
  5. Now it’s the turn of the immersion blender, whisk the minced chicken into a viscous dough, the more thoroughly the minced meat is whipped, the more tender the ham will turn out.
  6. Now add the chicken pieces, stir.
  7. Cover the form for making pates with foil or parchment, lay out our meat.
  8. Fold the ends of the foil or parchment to completely cover the filling. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 40-50 minutes. After the expiration date, the terrine can be eaten hot, for example, with vegetables or mashed potatoes. If you use it as slices of bread, put a small portion on top of the hot terrine and leave to cool. Delicious treat!
