We spread the salad in layers (I got a kind of ring). The first layer of eggplant. Add salt (optional) and make a mesh of mayonnaise.
We do this with all the layers (I made a mayonnaise grid only on eggplant and onion, it was enough for me, because the herring was very fatty). So, 1 layer – eggplant, 2-onion, 3-herring, 4-cheese.
