Instructions
Take one eggplant! Specially photographed.. because many people reading my recipes, I doubt it! One eggplant!

Cut tomatoes into slices. Peel the mushrooms and cut them in half.

Spread a layer of tomatoes ( half). Spread all the mushrooms. Salt.
Cheese with blue mold cut into circles. Spread on the mushrooms.
Spread the second half of the tomato and cover everything with the second half of the eggplant.
Cut the garlic into small pieces. Spread on eggplant. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 gr.
