Instructions
Wash the eggplants and cut them into thick strips.
Pour boiling water and squeeze lightly.
Wash the fillets and cut into strips.
Pour the olive oil into a high frying pan.
Preheat and fry the chicken fillet. Then add the eggplants and fry the mixture over high heat, stirring all the time, for 10 minutes.
At the end of frying, add soy sauce.
Cool and serve cold. You can serve it hot, no less delicious.
