Eggs stuffed with Shrimp Mousse Recipe

  1. Boil the eggs, cool them, and peel them. Cut in half, remove the yolks. Defrost the shrimp in boiling water. ( A couple of minutes is enough) (We need 150 g of already peeled shrimp) All the ingredients (except for the halves of proteins) are combined. A few prawns can be left for decoration.
  2. Punch with a blender until smooth. I used a food processor.
  3. Fill the resulting mass with proteins. Garnish with set aside shrimp.
  4. Ready.
