Exquisite Spanish Salad Recipe
If you want to surprise your guests with some special salad, this recipe is what you need! Prepare this exquisite and beautiful salad, which is prepared immediately before serving, it is eaten warm.

  • 200gram Mushrooms(I buy pickled mushrooms, but can be take and any other, for example, chanterelles)
  • 200gram Cod(I have a small portion of salad, so I bought 1 piece of cod steak, but better fillet)
  • 150gram Asparagus(I alternate: sometimes use pickled asparagus or canned)
  • Shrimp(In my salad 7 pieces, and bought already peeled king shrimp )
  • 4cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • Salt(to taste)
  • 50gram Parsley(to taste)
  1. Pour enough oil into the pan (to fill the bottom: in this oil we will fry all the ingredients of the salad). Start with garlic, cook until brown. Then the garlic can be discarded, it is your function already fulfilled – gave the butter garlic taste.
  2. Next, while cooked shrimp, cut the fish.
  3. Shrimp fry on high heat for half a minute and immediately remove.
  4. In the same oil, fry the pieces of fish. It is better to fry no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the fish may fall apart and dry up.
  5. Now turn to mushrooms. They should be well washed and dried, and then fried in our garlic-fish oil. So, all the components of our salad are ready, it remains only to put them on a nice plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
  6. Fragrant warm salad served on the table!
