Pour enough oil into the pan (to fill the bottom: in this oil we will fry all the ingredients of the salad). Start with garlic, cook until brown. Then the garlic can be discarded, it is your function already fulfilled - gave the butter garlic taste.
Next, while cooked shrimp, cut the fish.
Shrimp fry on high heat for half a minute and immediately remove.
In the same oil, fry the pieces of fish. It is better to fry no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the fish may fall apart and dry up.
Now turn to mushrooms. They should be well washed and dried, and then fried in our garlic-fish oil.
