Flounder on the Grill “Tender” Recipe
What could be tastier than fish? For me, only if flounder. For some reason, many people do not like this fish too much, I think, because of the specific iodine taste. But since childhood, this fish has been a favorite delicacy in our family. And, of course, on the grill it is divinely delicious, white tender meat, wonderful aroma, crispy crust.

  1. Wash flounder carcasses, gut them, and cut off the fins.
  2. Mix sesame oil and soy sauce, add wine and lemon juice. Add sugar and ginger and wait for the sugar to dissolve. In the resulting marinade, immerse the flounder carcasses for 1 hour.
  3. Fry on the grill. But, alas, the weather was not ice. That’s why the electric grill helps us. Fry on the grill for 10 minutes. On the electric grill for three minutes on each side.
  4. Serve the fish with fresh vegetables.
